The Chart Indicates:
Time - The exact hour and minute of time that a vehicle is stopping, idling, traveling or halted is accurately recorded on the outer rim of the chart.	Speed - The important, accurate record of speed at any given minute shows how the vehicle was operated. When set speed is exceeded, a red warning light in the face of the tachograph flashes to warn the driver.
Mileage - The distance in divisions of one mile are recorded by the saw-tooth graph. Each complete saw-tooth records 10 miles traveled.	Operation - The solid record on the inner circle of the chart shows every minute that the engine is running, whether idling or moving.
